About The Art
Are all items handmade?
All items are handmade and signed by the artist. Because every piece is made one at a time, using studio art glass, colors may vary slightly and no two patterns will be exactly the same.
How do I care for my art glass?
Hand wash. Do not place art glass pieces, including tumblers, bottles, or other housewares in a dishwasher, oven, or microwave.
Can you create an item using custom dimensions?
Of course! I'm delighted to create custom pieces and commissions to fit your preferences. Please contact me for more information.
Shipping
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes! Prices include packing and shipping within the continental USA. For items shipped outside the USA, or to Alaska or Hawaii, or internationally, please contact me for a quote. All items are packed with care in a well-cushioned and sturdy box. Items larger than 12 inches will be double boxed for extra protection.
Can I add shipping insurance to my order?
Yes, if you would like to request shipping insurance, I will arrange insurance and the difference will be charged to you. All items are double boxed and packed with care
Returns and Refunds
Am I able to return an item?
Custom-created items are not returnable. All other items may be returned within ten days of delivery. Contact me to obtain return
instructions. You must use the original shipping and packing material or equivalent. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Every effort will be made to accept the cancellation, but only if the cancellation is made prior to my making the items (especially custom orders). All cancellations should be made in writing by contacting me.
